CDC45 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein cell division cycle 45, which is encoded by the CDC45 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be required for initiation of chromosomal DNA replication. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 566 residues, a mass of 65.6 kDa, and is a member of the CDC45 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and chromosomes and is reported to be widely expressed, highest levels are found in adult testis and thymus and in fetal liver. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The CDC45 gene has been associated with the disease, Meier-Gorlin syndrome. Other alias names for this target include CDC45L2, MGORS7, PORC-PI-1, cell division control protein 45 homolog, CDC45 cell division cycle 45 homolog, and CDC45L.
The detection range for different Cdc45 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
