These HGFR ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of HGFR in biological samples. HGFR is an alias of the human MET gene, which encodes the protein, MET proto-oncogene, receptor tyrosine kinase. Notably, HGFR is known to play a role in cell migration and receptor-mediated signaling pathways, among other functions. The MET protein is 1390 amino acid residues in length and 155.5 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 3 protein isoforms have been identified. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane and is secreted. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be expressed in normal hepatocytes as well as in epithelial cells lining the stomach, the small and the large intestine. This protein is known to be glycosylated, ubiquitinated and phosphorylated. Other names for this target antigen include AUTS9, DA11, and DFNB97.
There are HGFR ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 15.6 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
