The following Isthmin 2 ELISA kits are useful research tools for the measurement of isthmin 2 in biological samples. In humans this protein is encoded by the ISM2 gene. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 571 residues, a mass of 63.9 kDa, and is a member of the Isthmin protein family. It has been described to be a secreted protein. In addition, it is notably expressed at high levels in the placenta and at moderate levels in the pancreas, kidney, heart, liver, lung, brain and skeletal muscle. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. In certain instances, it is also post-translationally glycosylated. This protein may also be known as thrombospondin and AMOP containing isthmin-like 1, thrombospondin and AMOP domain-containing isthmin-like protein 1, thrombospondin type-1 domain-containing protein 3, and isthmin 2 homolog.
Some Isthmin 2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Use the search filters to narrow your search and click on the ELISA kits below for more detailed information, such as reactivity and assay sensitivity.
