These Arylsulfatase I ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of Arylsulfatase I in biological samples. Arylsulfatase I is an alias of the human ARSI gene, which encodes the protein, arylsulfatase family member I. The ARSI protein is 569 amino acid residues in length and 64 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 2 protein isoforms have been identified. Its subcellular localization is in the ER and is secreted. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be expressed in placenta, in embryonic stem cells, fetal eyes and lens. This protein is known to be glycosylated. Other names for this target antigen include arylsulfatase I.
There are Arylsulfatase I ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
