SCRG1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein stimulator of chondrogenesis 1, which is encoded by the SCRG1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in nervous system development. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 98 residues, a mass of 11.1 kDa, and is a member of the SCRG1 protein family. It is known to be secreted and is noted to be expressed abundantly in the central nervous system of adult, but not at all in fetal brain. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include scrapie-responsive protein 1, scrapie responsive gene 1, scrapie-responsive gene 1 protein, and lincSCRG1.
Some SCRG1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
