TFF3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein trefoil factor 3, which is encoded by the TFF3 gene in humans. It is known to be localized in the extracellular matrix, cytoplasm, and is secreted and is reported to be expressed in goblet cells of the intestines and colon.
