BCL3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein BCL3 transcription coactivator, which is encoded by the BCL3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is said to contribute to the regulation of transcriptional activation of NF-kappa-B target genes. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 454 residues and a mass of 47.6 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include D19S37, B-cell lymphoma 3 protein, B cell CLL/lymphoma 3, B-cell leukemia/lymphoma 3, B-cell lymphoma 3-encoded protein, and BCL4.
Some BCL3 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 3.125 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
