ADAMTS15 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ADAM metallopeptidase with thrombospondin type 1 motif 15, which is encoded by the ADAMTS15 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in extracellular matrix organization and proteolysis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 950 residues and a mass of 103.3 kDa. It is known to be localized in the extracellular matrix and is secreted and is reported to be expressed in fetal liver and kidney, but not in any of the adult tissues examined. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally N-glycosylated and cleaved. Other alias names for this target include a disintegrin-like and metalloprotease (reprolysin type) with thrombospondin type 1 motif, 15, preproprotein, metalloprotease disintegrin 15 with thrombospondin domains, and A disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin motifs 15.
There are ADAMTS15 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
