Anti-OX2R antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target OX2R is a known alias name of the protein hypocretin receptor 2, encoded by the HCRTR2 gene in humans. This 444-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in chemical synaptic transmission, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be expressed in the cerebellum and cerebral cortex. Indicated applications for OX2R antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
