Anti-UGT3A2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein UDP glycosyltransferase family 3 member A2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 523 amino acid residues and a mass of 59.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the UDP-glycosyltransferase protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include UDP glycosyltransferase 3 family, polypeptide A2, UDPGT 3A2, and UDP-glucuronosyltransferase 3A2. UGT3A2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the UGT3A2 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
