Anti-DEP1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target DEP1 is a known alias name of the protein protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type J, encoded by the PTPRJ gene in humans. This 1337-amino acid residue protein is reported to be a tyrosine phosphatase, which dephosphorylates or contributes to the dephosphorylation of CTNND1, FLT3, PDGFRB, MET, KDR, LYN, SRC, MAPK1, MAPK3, EGFR, TJP1, OCLN, PIK3R1 and PIK3R2. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features O-glycosylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be expressed in many tissues, such as the bone marrow, tonsil, and appendix. Other synonyms for DEP1 include CD148 and CD148. ELISA is a widely used application for the DEP1 antibodies listed below. In addition, Western Blot is also a common application.
