Anti-ACK antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene TNK2, or 'tyrosine kinase non receptor 2' in humans. The 1038-amino acid protein is a member of the Protein kinase superfamily, Tyr protein kinase family. The cellular localization is predicted to be cytoplasmic, nuclear and membrane-associated.
