Anti-JARID1B antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the JARID1B antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the KDM5B gene, which encodes lysine demethylase 5B. This protein is known to function in chromatin remodeling and lens fiber cell differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of JARID1B has a canonical amino acid length of 1544 residues and a protein mass of 175.7 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and notably expressed in the nasopharynx, lung, fallopian tube, epididymis, and bronchus. Other names for this target antigen include CT31 and MRT65. Indicated applications for JARID1B antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
