Anti-GNL3L antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein G protein nucleolar 3 like. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 582 amino acid residues and a mass of 65.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the TRAFAC class YlqF/YawG GTPase protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include guanine nucleotide-binding protein-like 3-like protein, G protein nucleolar 3B, guanine nucleotide binding protein-like 3 (nucleolar)-like, novel GTPase, and GNL3B. GNL3L gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some GNL3L antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
