Anti-ZNF415 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 415. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 603 amino acid residues and a mass of 68.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm. Up to 6 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is reported to be expressed in all tissues examined. ZNF415 is known to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF415 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for ZNF415 antibodies.
