Anti-CAP-H antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CAP-H antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the NCAPH gene, which encodes non-SMC condensin I complex subunit H. This protein is known to function in cell division, among other biological roles. The human version of CAP-H has a canonical amino acid length of 741 residues and a protein mass of 82.6 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in the testis, skin, lymph node, bone marrow, and appendix. Other names for this target antigen include BRRN1 and CAP-H. Western Blot is a widely used application for the CAP-H antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
