Anti-SNARK antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene NUAK2, or 'NUAK family kinase 2' in humans. The 628-amino acid protein is a member of the Protein kinase superfamily, CAMK Ser/Thr protein kinase family, SNF1 subfamily.
