Anti-USP17L7 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ubiquitin specific peptidase 17 like family member 7. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 530 amino acid residues and a mass of 59.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and ER. A member of the Peptidase C19 protein family, USP17L7 is known to be involved with protein deubiquitination and the regulation of apoptosis. Synonyms for this target antigen include ubiquitin specific peptidase 17-like 7, and inactive ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase 17-like protein 7. These USP17L7 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
