Anti-TRDC antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein T cell receptor delta constant. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 153 amino acid residues and a mass of 17.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. TRDC is known to be involved with adaptive immune responses. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. The TRDC marker can be used to identify CD56 Bright Natural Killer Cells and Mature Natural Killer Cells.* Western Blot is a widely used application for the TRDC antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
