Anti-TLDC2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein TBC/LysM-associated domain containing 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 215 amino acid residues and a mass of 23.9 kDa. It is notably expressed in the epididymis, duodenum, colon, bronchus, and appendix. A member of the OXR1 protein family, TLDC2 is known to be involved with the response to oxidative stress. Synonyms for this target antigen include TLD domain-containing protein 2 and TBC/LysM-associated domain-containing protein 2. TLDC2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the TLDC2 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
