Anti-TLDC1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the TLDC1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the MEAK7 gene, which encodes MTOR associated protein, eak-7 homolog. This protein is known to function in the response to oxidative stress and the regulation of cell proliferation, among other biological roles. The human version of TLDC1 has a canonical amino acid length of 456 residues and a protein mass of 51 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the membrane, lysosomes and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Western Blot is the most common application for the TLDC1 antibodies listed below. Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
