Anti-TEX35 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein testis expressed 35. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 233 amino acid residues and a mass of 26.5 kDa. Up to 5 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is reported to have testis-specific expression. Synonyms for this target antigen include Testis-Specific Conserved gene 24kDa, testis-expressed sequence 35 protein, and testis-expressed protein 35. TEX35 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Some TEX35 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
