Anti-PCED1B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein PC-esterase domain containing 1B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 432 amino acid residues and a mass of 49.7 kDa. It is notably expressed in many tissues, such as the lung and skin. It is a member of the PC-esterase protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include PC-esterase domain-containing protein 1B and family with sequence similarity 113, member B. PCED1B gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. These PCED1B antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
