Anti-PBDC1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein polysaccharide biosynthesis domain containing 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 233 amino acid residues and a mass of 26.1 kDa. It is a member of the PBDC1 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include protein PBDC1, UPF0368 protein Cxorf26, polysaccharide biosynthesis domain-containing protein 1, and CXorf26. PBDC1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the PBDC1 antibodies listed below. Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
