Anti-MSP1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target MSP1 is a known alias name of the protein ATPase family AAA domain containing 1, encoded by the ATAD1 gene in humans. This 361-amino acid residue protein is a member of the AAA ATPase protein family. It is localized to the mitochondria and cell membrane of the cell.
