Anti-CLPSL1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein colipase like 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 121 amino acid residues and a mass of 14.1 kDa. It has been described to be a secreted protein. It is notably expressed in epididymis, in the corpus region. A member of the Colipase protein family, CLPSL1 is known to be involved with the metabolism of lipids. Synonyms for this target antigen include colipase-like protein 1 and colipase-like protein C6orf127. CLPSL1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Indicated applications for CLPSL1 antibodies listed below include Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
