Anti-CCSER1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein coiled-coil serine rich protein 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 900 amino acid residues and a mass of 99.5 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the CCSER protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include family with sequence similarity 190, member A, protein FAM190A, and serine-rich coiled-coil domain-containing protein 1. CCSER1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the CCSER1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
