Anti-AMER3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein APC membrane recruitment protein 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 861 amino acid residues and a mass of 90.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. A member of the Amer protein family, AMER3 is a reported regulator of the canonical Wnt signaling pathway. Synonyms for this target antigen include family with sequence similarity 123C and protein FAM123C. AMER3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunocytochemistry is the most common application for the AMER3 antibodies listed below. Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
