Anti-SLC25A37 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein solute carrier family 25 member 37. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 338 amino acid residues and a mass of 37.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the mitochondria. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is a member of the Mitochondrial carrier (TC 2.A.29) protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include MFRN, MFRN1, MSC, MSCP, PRO1278, PRO1584, PRO2217, and HT015. SLC25A37 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of SLC25A37 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Immunohistochemistry is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
