Anti-LNX2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ligand of numb-protein X 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 690 amino acid residues and a mass of 76 kDa. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. LNX2 is known to be involved with the regulation of cell differentiation. Synonyms for this target antigen include PDZ domain-containing RING finger protein 1, numb-binding protein 2, and PDZ domain containing ring finger 1. LNX2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the LNX2 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
