Anti-Jub antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Jub antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the AJUBA gene, which encodes ajuba LIM protein. This protein is known to function in the cell cycle and cytoskeleton organization, among other biological roles. The human version of Jub has a canonical amino acid length of 538 residues and a protein mass of 56.9 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane, nucleus, and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Jub is a member of the Zyxin/ajuba protein family. Indicated applications for Jub antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunohistochemistry.
