Anti-RNASEH2C antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ribonuclease H2 subunit C. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 164 amino acid residues and a mass of 17.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is widely expressed across many tissue types. The RNASEH2C protein is a member of the RNase H2 subunit C protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include RNase H2 subunit C, aicardi-Goutieres syndrome 3 protein, ribonuclease HI subunit C, and RNase H1 small subunit.
