Anti-ZNF512 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 512. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 567 amino acid residues and a mass of 64.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF512 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF512 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the ZNF512 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
