Anti-RAB37 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein RAB37, member RAS oncogene family. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 223 amino acid residues and a mass of 24.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasmic vesicles. Up to 4 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Rab protein family, RAB37 is known to be involved with protein transport. Synonyms for this target antigen include ras-related protein Rab-37 and RAB37, member of RAS oncogene family. RAB37 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some RAB37 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
