Anti-NUDT22 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein nudix hydrolase 22. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 303 amino acid residues and a mass of 32.6 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the Nudix hydrolase protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include UDPG pyrophosphatase, UGPPase, nucleoside diphosphate-linked moiety X motif 22, nudix (nucleoside diphosphate linked moiety X)-type motif 22, and uridine diphosphate glucose pyrophosphatase NUDT22. NUDT22 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the NUDT22 antibodies listed below. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
