Anti-WDR27 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein WD repeat domain 27. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 827 amino acid residues and a mass of 90 kDa. Up to 4 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include WD repeat-containing protein 27. WDR27 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for WDR27 antibodies.
