Anti-KRTAP27-1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein keratin associated protein 27-1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 207 amino acid residues and a mass of 22.3 kDa. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the PMG protein family. KRTAP27-1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the KRTAP27-1 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
