The gene may also be known as HECTH2, HECT-type ubiquitin transferase E3C, and ubiquitin-protein isopeptide ligase (E3). Structurally, the protein is reported to be 123.9 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
