Anti-ZNF30 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 30. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 623 amino acid residues and a mass of 71.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF30 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. Synonyms for this target antigen include zinc finger protein 30 (KOX 28) and zinc finger protein KOX28. ZNF30 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the ZNF30 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Flow Cytometry, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
