Anti-NBR1 autophagy cargo receptor antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene NBR1 in humans. The gene may also be known as neighbor of Brca1 gene 1, 1A1-3B, IAI3B, M17S2, MIG19, and next to BRCA1 gene 1 protein. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 107.4 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, plant, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
