Anti-Microtubule associated serine/threonine kinase 1 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene MAST1 in humans. The gene may also be known as MCCCHCM, SAST, microtubule-associated serine/threonine-protein kinase 1, and syntrophin associated serine/threonine kinase. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 170.7 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
