Anti-DHX35 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein DEAH-box helicase 35. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 703 amino acid residues and a mass of 78.9 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the DEAD box helicase protein family, DHX35 is suspected to be involved in pre-mRNA splicing. Synonyms for this target antigen include DEAD/H (Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp/His) box polypeptide 35, DEAH (Asp-Glu-Ala-His) box polypeptide 35, DEAH-box protein 35, and probable ATP-dependent RNA helicase DHX35. DHX35 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some DHX35 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
