Anti-ZNF275 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 275. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 429 amino acid residues and a mass of 48.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF275 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF275 gene orthologs have been reported in the rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the ZNF275 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
