Anti-CRIK antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CRIK is a known alias name of the protein citron rho-interacting serine/threonine kinase, encoded by the CIT gene in humans. This 2027-amino acid residue protein is reported to play a role in cytokinesis. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. Other synonyms for CRIK include CITK and MCPH17. Indicated applications for CRIK antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
