Anti-ZNF616 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 616. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 781 amino acid residues and a mass of 90.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF616 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF616 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Indicated applications for ZNF616 antibodies listed below include Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
