Anti-ZNF491 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 491. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 437 amino acid residues and a mass of 51 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF491 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF491 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. These ZNF491 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
