PIKE, or ArfGAP with GTPase domain, ankyrin repeat and PH domain 2, is a human gene encoded by AGAP2. It may also be known as: Arf-GAP with GTPase, ANK repeat and PH domain-containing protein 2; AGAP-2; Centaurin-gamma-1; Cnt-g1; GTP-binding and GTPase-activating protein 2; GGAP2; Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase enhancer; CENTG1. The encoded protein has an amino acid length of 1192 and a mass of 124.7 kDa. Other isoforms may exist. PIKE is a member of the Centaurin gamma-like family. Homologs of this gene exist in other organisms, including: Mouse, Rat, Frog.
