Anti-Eco1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Eco1 is a known alias name of the protein establishment of sister chromatid cohesion N-acetyltransferase 1, encoded by the ESCO1 gene in humans. This 840-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in DNA replication, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is widely expressed across many tissue types. Indicated applications for Eco1 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
