Anti-IQCJ antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein IQ motif containing J. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 159 amino acid residues and a mass of 18.2 kDa. Up to 5 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include IQ domain-containing protein J and calmodulin binding protein. IQCJ gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse species. Immunohistochemistry is the most common application for the IQCJ antibodies listed below. Western Blot and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
