Anti-ZID antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the ZID antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ZBTB6 gene, which encodes zinc finger and BTB domain containing 6. This protein is known to function in the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. The human version of ZID has a canonical amino acid length of 424 residues and a protein mass of 48.2 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the cervix, tonsil, and adrenal gland. Indicated applications for ZID antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunofluorescence.
